Real estate giants from Dubai have now started operations in Kerala. AMR Properties has inaugurated its corporate office in Kozhikode. “Our aim is to offer world-class real estate services in Kerala, just like in Dubai,” said Shafeeq Abdul Rahman. He added that their operational model is inspired by the visionary leadership of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai and a member of the Supreme Council.

A dream of a Kozhikode native is becoming a reality — the dream that was born thirteen years ago in the deserts of Dubai, to bring back the facilities and opportunities he experienced there to his homeland and its people.

For the past eleven years, Shafeeq has been expressing his love for the UAE globally by adorning luxury cars with color-themed artwork featuring images and symbols of UAE leaders. “This is a tribute to my second home,” he stated.

Many of Dubai's government services and over 250 company employees reside in five-star accommodation buildings owned by Shafeeq. He also announced support for Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s fitness challenge by starting a gym in the UAE.

Now, a five-star hotel has also begun operations in Al Jazirah, Ras Al Khaimah.

Several ambitious projects are being planned for Kerala in the coming years.

Shafeeq Abdul Rahman, known for his warm hospitality, often hosts guests in his residences in Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. He is also an active presence in socio-cultural circles.

Shafeeq is a philanthropist as well. In recognition of his social contributions, the UAE government honored him with a Golden Visa. He has also received several national and international awards.
