R. Harikumar is the group General Manager of Elite group pf companies. He started his career at Saudi Arabia, working as Quality Control Manager in the year 1980. He continued there up to 2000. On 2000 he started his own company, Dubai Investment as Manager. Now he has about 9 companies at UAE as Elite Group of Companies, consisting of about 1000 employees. Its Head Office is at Elite Group of Companies at RAK. He is the member of Gulf Aluminum Council.

Elite Extrusion LLC, set up in the sprawling 50000 square meter campus, is the most modern and contemporary Extrusion Manufacturing facility in the whole region. There are two states- of- art extrusion presses. The all European presses and handling system have 8” diameter container sizes. The presses are dovetailed with latest generation balancing equipment.

To provide one stop shop for the growing needs of the discerning architectural end use customers’ a fully equipped finishing lines are supplemented. This includes a modern high capacity vertical Powder Coating plant and Anodizing Plant.

The company’s mission is to provide superior quality products backed by technical support services that will enhance the competitiveness of customers and partners and their ability to succeed.

The Generation Next press is engineered to extrude 18,000 MT per annum of high quality extrusions in addition a most modern tool room capable of manufacturing high quality extrusion dies is being setup. The presses are provided with latest handling systems. Other facilities include balancing equipment like die and ageing ovens, packing stations and a modern die maintenance center.

Having Diploma in Electrical engineering, R. Harikumar belongs to Haritham Vattavila at Thirumala in Trivandrum. Now settled at Sharjah with his wife Baby Kala,who is a housewife. The couples are blessed with two daughters, Soumya and Lakshmi. Soumya is a 4th year M.B.B.S student at Trivandrum and Lakshmi 1st year M.B.B.S student.

Along with being an exceptionally talented and innovative businessman, he is a kind hearted individual, who cares for the employees under him like his own family. Rather than ensuring well being of his own kin, he initiated several activities to safeguard each and every possible person during the pandemic. He owned a tourist home in Kerala, named after his wife, which was open to the public as a covid domiciliary care centre during the peak time of spread in 2021. He arranged chartered flights from Middle East to Kerala facilitating the safe transport of number of people including his employees back to their homeland. He had also sponsored the Hajj pilgrimage of parents of his employees during this period of crisis. He has made sure to maintain everyone in a close knit environment.
